QUALIFICATIONS

  • One Page Application
  • Use Insured’s age as of application sign date
  • Minimum face is $15 worth of coverage per month
  • Policy fee (charged once per application)
  • Applicant must be at least 30 days of age at the time of the application
  • See additional face amount limits and signature guidelines on pages 6 and 7 of the rate book
  • No medical exam necessary (issuance is based upon answers to health questions)

Twenty Pay Whole Life Insurance

A twenty-pay policy is a limited pay whole life policy. The Policy owner pays premiums for twenty  years. Premiums stop but the insured is permanently covered until the age 100.

Final Expense
Whole Life

This is insurance you buy for the length of your life. Unlike term insurance, whole life policies don’t expire. The policy will stay in effect until you pass or until it is canceled. The initial cost of premiums is higher than it is with term insurance because of the length of the policy. However, part of the premiums you pay builds up into cash value, which you can use later in life.

2 & 3 Year Modified Death Benefit

We can cover over 98% of the people we come in contact with. If you have any significant medical issues you may not be disqualified from any policy with Lincoln Heritage. Depending on their age, they may qualify for our Modified Death Benefit Plans.

  • 3 years: Ages 0-49
  • 2 years: Ages 50-85

We began as a true “Mom and Pop” company. Our founder, Jack Londen, worked for a large life insurance company before deciding to strike out on his own and start his own company. In the early days, Jack spent his time knocking on doors in his community, selling final expense life insurance policies. Over time, Jack added more and more agents and acquired several life insurance companies along the way.
